The location is top notch. The hotel is just in front of major buses station and the KINTETSU NARA Station. At less than one minute, there's a convenience store, a bus information center and a shopping mall (Daiso, plenty of souvenir shops, restaurants, etc.). Still next to the hotel there's a parking where you can store your luggage for 500 yens/day in case you are leaving Nara in the middle of the night. Also, the hotel will gladly keep your luggage for free before your check-in time. And the breakfast is top!

The staff were very friendly and even though my japanese is a bit poor to say the least the staff were patient with me and constantly tried to explain things in ways i would understand without the need of resorting to english.
